PlateTek offers a new alternative to scaffolding and dye penetrant for testing and certifying tanks, storage vessels and spray dryers. The alternative is the combination of Eddy Current Testing and a mobile Access Bridge.
Eddy Current Testing - developed and widely used in the aerospace industry today - does away with the need for dye penetrant, thus removing a risk of plant and environmental contamination and saving the time needed to clean the tank, vessel or dryer afterwards.
PlateTek can install the Access Bridge, complete the Eddy Current Testing and remove it in little more than the time it takes to merely erect scaffolding!
